Argyle Lake Lodge

Truly a remote wilderness location, Argyle Lake Lodge is set in the James Bay Frontier Bush. Miles from our nearest neighbor, we are the only tourist camp on a series of four lakes. We offer an excellent atmosphere for family vacations. Hunt for moose, bear and grouse, fish for northern pike, walleye, bass, and perch, and explore infinite hiking, ATV and canoeing possibilities, or just relax on our natural sandy beach. There are several trails that loop back to the lodge for great ATV adventures. You can also explore an old abandoned gold mine in the area. All cottages at Argyle Lake Lodge come fully equipped with modern appliances, hot and cold water, showers and electric lights. Cooking utensils, dishes, blankets and pillows are supplied. Boats and motors and canoes are available on a rental basis. Live bait, gas, oil, fishing and hunting licenses can all be purchased on location.
